When Uber is opened, the choices are menu and where to. Double-tap on where to button. Enter the destination and double-tap to select it from the list. Note: Uber shows all the matching places in a list. Find the desired location and double-tap. On the next screen, one finds the current location and the ETA as the first item. Next is destination, double-tap to edit current destination. Third is the back button. Fourth on my phone says popular, 1 of 1. Fifth is UberX with the ride estimate. Then comes UberAssist with ride estimate. If the city has black car, that will also be listed here. Next is payment source listed. Finally is the request button. This will reflect the selected ride type. Double-tap on the ride type desired, then double-tap on the request button. Take note that UberX will probably have the shortest wait time.
