If Dropbox is in the applications folder, open it and when she is
prompted to sign in, there may be a forgot your password link.
Otherwise, download and install it then see if the above will work.

but there is a dropbox folder on her computer but dropbox doesn't show up in
her menu extras where mine shows the status of uploads. It lets her copy and

option to copy a dropbox link like mine has, we even tried pasting in to the
public folder because it also looks like she has a version from September 2016
and my version shows as being from December 2016.
So I finally get to my question. Does anyone know the best way of going about
having her download and install the latest version of DB?
