Hi all,
The weird thing is that dropbox is in the applications folder. When she opened
it it didn't appear that it asked for any sign in. That would lead me to think
she had an account but she doesn't remember ever setting one up. I am thinking
that maybe the suggestion of just deleting it from the applications folder and
then re-downloading and installing it may be the best way to go.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Gabe
