Bootcamp is only used if you want to run windows directly on the Mac and not 
run the Mac apple OS.  Generally, you would use fusion or bootcamp not both 
although I’m sure some folks here will give me exceptions to that.  Maybe 
others will correct me if I’m off base here but in my mind you would use one or 
the other not both together. 

Try E.T’s suggestion of command G to grab the VM so boot your VM and stay in 
the window with it and then press cmd g when you’re ready.
