I must have typed in the wrong name.  It could have been as simple as
not capitolizing the E in explorer.  When I checked, the proper app
had been updated in February of this year. The cost is $109.95
I assume it works in Canada as when I attempted to purchase it, I did
not recieve a message stating that it was only available in the U S
and I must switch to a U S account before proceeding.
