Hi Angus, On a mac there are 2 options I use for saving screan shots,
Command shift 3 which takes the screan shot and saves it directly to the desktop of the machine or user log in. The second screan shot option is the Command shift 4 which lets you specify the area of the screan you wish to take the shot of and then save it to your desktop. By default screan shots get saved as .png files I think, but either way the desktop is where they are saved Cheers, Simon f -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Angus MacKinnon Sent: Saturday, 6 May 2017 2:08 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Screen shot Jonathan Usinvg Text Edit and my memory I copied the error. Your Screen shot Can’t be saved. You don’t have permission to save files in the location where screen shots are stored. It would be nice to copy the error windows to the clipboard. Iam confused about the above error. I have no idea what directory(s) to check. Angus MacKinnon -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
