Hello folks, I installed windows 10 on my Mac and then installed jaws. After installing jaws, I activated and everything went great, however after rebooting the computer, jaws brings up the jaws activation dialog again. It has my jaws authorization number in there again and it tells me activation was successful, but it does this everytime. Any thoughts on why the activation is not holding? Looks like jaws professional is being installed and not the home version. But I didn’t see a separate installer for that version. A few years ago I went ahead and switched my SMA to the home one vbut jaws professional is being installed here. Wonder if that is why the activation window keeps coming up. Any thoughts would be welcome.
