Hello All: Let me try to explain this question properly.
I travel a lot for work and frequently change time zones. Simultaneously, I have to schedule appointments with people who are in various time zones. If I am in one certain time zone and I want to set a time with someone who is located in a different time zone I can figure out the time difference with no problem provided that I am staying on the time zone I am on when I set the appointment. However, if I set the appointment then change time zones myself the time I have set doesn’t come out right. To my way of thinking, a smart calendar should be able to adjust these timings correctly but that doesn’t seem to happen. Does anyone have suggestions for solving this problem? Is there a setting on the native calendar app that will accomodate this or is there an additional app I can use? I hope I have explained this in a way that is understandable but if not, do ask for clarification.
