I appreciate the responses to this inquiry, but that procedure is terribly inconvenient. It would be helpful if Apple were able to offer a toggle to silence the inclusion of element labels so this gesture could copy only the desired information into the paste-board.
Now, I fully understand that this likely will not happen.
