Hello Arnold,

To be honest, I am most disappointed with Apple Music Radio. The fact that one
cannot delete a custom station while paying for a premium subscription is
shameful.

I did so love iTunes Radio. In iTunes Radio, not only could one create and
delete radio stations but one could create a custom name for the station, as
well.

I'm not certain if the diminished Apple Music Radio feature set is a
deal-breaker for me but it does give me pause. Especially given that there are
so many other options out there, on the market.

Perhaps Apple will open HomePod up to other music subscription services. We'll
see.

I think I'll wait a bit and see what happens.

Subject: Re: An F.Y.I. Regarding Apple Music Radio

Not only is it not possible, it hasn't been possible since Apple music got its
upgrade sometime in IOS 10. When I investiqated it, I was told that "they were
working on it", but they have had probably a year now to fix it. They must be
able to use the fact that people have all these custom stations in their Apple
music radios to make themselves look good in some kind of advertising scheme,
or something, otherwise, why can't we delete them? I was told that if a given
station was not accessed within 90 days, it would delete. I'll see. The old
stations I had created before the upgrade are still there. I enjoy Apple radio,
but I'm careful about creating stations.

Hello Everyone,

In anticipation of an Apple Music subscription, I borrowed a friend's phone and
explored the service for a few hours. I discovered that, unlike the now
defunct, free, iTunes Radio service of yore, I was unable to delete custom
Apple Music radio stations.

I contacted Apple Support, via Twitter and received a confirmation message
that, at present, it is not possible to delete custom radio stations from Apple
Music.

Just thought you might want to know.
