Some phone companies have a number to dial to check this information. For 
Sprint it is either *2 or *4. I have been unlimited with them for so long, that 
I can't remember which. For that matter, I believe in the Phone area of 
settings there is a place where the carrier can put customer service numbers. 
Certainly any numbers at the carrier side are more relevant than what your 
phone believes.
