As suggested, probably your carrier is your best option. Most carriers either have an app, or at least web-site account access. Many also have notification options that are available for when you get close to various limits. Some even have restrictors that will actually not allow you to go over. That is, when you reach your limit, no more data is allowed etc. I've seen that for data use for sure, but would need to investigate further for air time usage. That being said, it's most carriers,, you'll need to check with your new one. Other than that, I'll do a bit of investigation and see if I can find some third party app as well. Later...
