Those starred numbers are in settings, or were. I didn't locate them
in either Cellular or Phone,
Verizon does have an app which provides access to everything
including data usage.

Phone area of settings there is a place where the carrier can put

I am looking for an app that keeps track of the number of minutes I

mistaken, the amount of data received and sent can be ascertained in
the phone’s settings, but I don’t believe that it resets itself
automatically at the onset of a new billing period. Does anyone know

number of minutes phoned, the number of messages sent and the amount
of data used? Here in Europe, we don’t pay anything for incoming
calls or text messages received.
