Thanks, Tim. I saw this post earlier today on a Google search. Here's
the statement that confused me:
UPDATE: probably a bug, placing efi shell to
/usr/standalone/i386/boot.efi location and using system prefs to
reboot into target volume (which will rebless the
partition) helped to get efi shell booted. no sig check obviously.
I understand this to be saying that I should copy something different
into the location /usr/standalone/i386/boot.efi. Is that correct.
I'm also enough of a Mac novice that I don't understand the reference to
"using System Prefs."
However, if I do understand the import of the above, taking these two
steps correctly might resolve my issue? Am I reading that correctly so
far?
