Hi, It probably wouldn't hurt to give them a note saying what the problem was. VO does this often when it comes to the buffer. I think what is happening is that VO is taking note of the various items on the page, for use by the Item Chooser or various rotor controls. Sometimes, even with my MBP with 16 GB of RAM, this takes a bit of work to complete. I'm not sure if something can be done, or if their developers could come up with a different algorithm for gathering the page data.
