Greetings to the list. After a much overdo upgrade of my MacBook Air from OS X 10.10.5 to macOS Mojave 10.14.3, VoiceOver takes quite a bit of time to load after I type my Apple ID password. About fifteen seconds elapse between my entering the "login" command and VoiceOver's speaking the "Welcome to OS 10" message. With Yosemite, the time interval was about four seconds. Is this a known issue with later macOS versions, or is it due to the 4GB storage capacity of my machine?
