Hey petrus, Remember Tim is a Canadian,
They can be quick but it’s normally due to steroids. I’m not saying that’s Tims situation but it’s happened before! You gotta be quick with Tim on the ball. I got all excited thinking; here’s a question I can answer. But Tim got in first, not that I’m complaining as you’ve helped me out on many occasions. Another little tip I find helpful, as the iDevices don’t make any sounds or chimes when you power them up, I find it easier to charge it up as it’ll make a chime when you plug it in and you will know that it is turned on. I know all of the devices with batteries come with about 50% charge it’s still good to get it charging while you’re setting it up. He has a brand new IPad Mini being delivered to his home on Friday. He’s a voiceover user (no sight at all). So, when he gets the IPad out of the box how can he turn Voiceover on so he can go through the set-up process/know what he’s doing and what’s going on? He doesn’t really want to go into a shop unless he really has to, as that’s quite a trek for him. So if there’s a way he can turn VO on so he can do the set-up himself at home that’d be great. Any help much appreciated. Thanks. Eleanor Sent from my iPhone -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
