Marie, don’t forget to plow through the getting started guide. You can find it by pressing the help menu keys VO plus h. The getting started guide is down at the bottom of the list. You might find some trouble in browsing at first, but try to bring up the table of contents and you’ll find a wealth of information about using voiceover on the Mac. Also check out the other items in the voiceover help menu while you’re at it. I think you’ll find all you need there along with questions on list you should learn quite quickly.
