Hi, What sort of issues are you having when doing this in iTunes? Using the Info dialog in iTunes, you can easily do what you want individually or in bulk. I've used it extensively for this exact process. There are likely other tools out there, but I haven't bothered to look since iTunes is fully accessible and does the job efficiently.
