So it sounds like you did find the Active Braille to be a better experience, is 
that right? If so, in what ways?

One reason I'm squeamish about the ActiveBraille is because of my experience 
with the Vario. It was a great display, but it was kind of lousy to buy it and 
then watch Baum go under. HandyTech has been around for a while, and it looks 
like they just got a new name, so maybe got bought by someone? Anyway, to spend 
that much money and then have the company go under is not something I want to 
have to deal with. If I had to put money on which company will be around for 
the long haul, I think FS is the safer bet.
