Hi Petrus, Are all the books on your iPhone purchased through the iTunes Store? I have yet to figure out how to make it list the missing ones if they are from the iTunes Book Store, but if you know the titles, you can search for them in the Book Store on your Mac, and it will have a Download button instead of the price. You can simply download it from there. I will keep looking tomorrow to see if I can figure out a more automated process for you.
