Hi Andrew, Yes, you certainly have occasion to be frustrated. One thing to note, Apple Accessibility is simply a support line. They are not the developers, nor do they have a direct line to the developer team. They can, though, escalate items easier than you or I, so I do understand your frustration. I will pass your concern on to an Apple SE or two to see if they can direct it to the relevant team members to see if it can be addressed sooner rather than later. Regarding how easy the problem is to fix, I can't be sure other than to say that it's often easier from the outside than it is from the inside when it comes to lengthy and complicated code.
