Hi Zoe, We’re talking about iCloud, so at least to my thinking we’re still on topic.
ICloud on my PC shows up on my desktop, and behaves just like an additional folder. It sometimes takes my PC a little longer to sync than it does my Mac, but I am able to view and work with my files from Mac, IOS, and Pc. Since you’ve gotten a message that you have already downloaded iCloud, I’m wondering if you don’t have it set up to appear on your desktop. Try pressing the Search key, and typing iCloud. If that brings up your iCloud drive, try using the applications key to have it show on your desktop.
