Ok, I searched for iCloud in Microsoft store and found its the only one that comes up. Now I hit the get button and then install button. Now all that comes up for iCloud is the launch button. After that wa done I hit windows key and arrowed down iCloud was first choice and hit enter. Now the setup for iCloud came up asking for my apple account. Once I put the info in it works just like it does on my mac. Now it did ask me to sink a few things like book marks and then hit sink. That was all there is to it. So if you have something that just says cloud check for viruses, unless you have another program using cloud services.
