Hello, To answer a couple of questions … Plain Nearby Explorer is a premium paid App which includes special maps for the USA andCanada and has some extra function not in Nearby Explorer Online. Nearby Explorer Online is a free App which by default uses Apple Maps for its map data. I thus presume that it will work where ever Apple maps are available. It certainly works in the UK. I do not know for sure but I presume that plain Nearby Explorer will work outside North America using Apple Maps for its map data, but its extra functions may require the special North America map format and may thus not work elsewhere. Does anyone know for sure? One example of the extra function in plain Nearby Explorer is that holding the iPhone vertically in front of you will list all the intersections in that direction in addition to the compass bearing as in Nearby Explorer Online.
