I use it quite often. Generally, it prefers you use the Microsoft keyboard
shortcuts and not the VO ones.
It sounds like you are not logged into the teams interface. There might be
another window lurking around asking for your email and password. The Teams app
is essentially a customized version of Google Chrome, and in fact you should be
able to do everything in your web browser except perhaps getting notification
dings when a new message arrives.
Here is a quick guide to teams that should help you get started.
Command-1 Activity viewer (not very useful)
command-2 chats I spend most of my time here
Command-3 Teams list This is a tree view that you can use up/down to navigate
and return to open a list of channels in a team.
command-4 will bring up the outlook calendar if your teams is linked to
exchange.
The other major keystroke is command-shift-F to take you to the filter entry
field. Once you are there, you can either use arrow keys to review recent
history or type in a partial name and find matches in conversations.
