Hi, We have this sort of thing happen often at work, although is is due to students picking at the keys for “fun”. Basically, the fix is often very difficult or impossible. The tiny parts and clips that hold the key in place are extremely difficult to work with. Even a sighted Tech often will give up. I’m sorry, but the easiest fix is no fix, just live with the annoyance. If a Tech can fix it, it may cost you their time to do so, otherwise, it’s a new keyboard, which in both cases may not be worth the money. You may get lucky depending on how bent or damaged the hardware is that holds on the key, but I’ve found that it’s not an easy task for a blind user.
