So, contacting Accessibility will give you some possible assistance, but Apple will not address an issue like that in an older OS. 2. I wonder if your issue has to do with physical keyboard contacts more than an accessibility issue. That is, maybe your key presses are not always reacting as they should. You can test this by turning on your Keyboard commander and pressing any of the keys in that combination to see if they are responding on every press.
