Hi, Two things with this message. First, it is common. It appears to happen more often if you are a little too hasty in trying to do VO commands while VO is loading up the buffer to know what’s available on the screen. Second, one can be a little less quick to start pressing VO navigation keys upon first startup of an app, or alternatively, cmd-tab away from the app, then cmd-tab back to it after a few seconds. I’ve also had luck turning off VO, then back on.
