Some Office 365 subscriptions give you access to the latest Microsoft Office suite (with all updates as they are released). There are Web-based versions as well, but those aren't commonly used with screen readers, as far as I know. I'm absolutely not referring to a Web version here; I think it's technically called Microsoft Apps for Business, or similar, and it's a large installation. I'm running the latest version (beta channel) on the Mac. It's the release preview, not the development version.
