I think the possible time goes into the hours. As for the app store apps, keep 
in mind that the Mac app store is not like the one for iOS. I suppose m1 users 
might have a bit more flex-ability in this mannor with Catalyst, but I would 
not want to limit my app download options for the Mac since most will come from 
third-party sites.
