I did not really understand the information on the Apple Support page. I don’t think the problem is the drives themselves or even the hub I was using. So when I get back in July, I will try to fix it over the phone with them and if that doesn’t work, I will take it to the store. Sure hope I don’t have to get a new Mac. This one is too new for that, being a 2020 Mac mini that I like a lot.
