Hi all, I’ve worked at universities for most of my professional life. Like Suzanne, I’ve had no trouble getting exchange mail to work in Mac Mail. I believe that if you go into Internet Accounts, select Add Account, select Exchange as your account type, and then enter your email address, the rest of the fields—except those you configure such as your name—will auto-populate. It’s been a while since I’ve set mine up, so I may be missing a step, but if I am, I’m sure your IT Helpdesk can give you the information you need. Lots of academics use Macs, So I assure you, you will not be the only one using Mac Mail instead of Outlook. Cheers, Donna
