I agree as well; Outlook is so well integrated, and much easier to scroll through built-in lists and menus. Not to mention, the intouface is generally more snappy, since one is not dealing with the web constantly loading, and  navigating around to locate specific edit boxes or buttons is not a concern in outlook. The one drawback is that accessing mail anywhere else but one’s own computer will be a much harder learning curve, if all that is used is outlook.
