I have not seen a survey that corroborates that statement. Very few
VO users? Brad did specifically state the Amazon app works for him using
an iOS app. So why argue the [point?

So, a person understandably in the poster's situation is never going
to get this idea, and of course because it works in your case does
not mean it works for them.
They may call amazon, even the so called customer service line for
people with disabilities line. And, if done, they are not going to
get your wisdom either.
All the more reasons for contacting Amazon anyway, most of their
customers are not going to learn from you.
