Perhaps you did not understand my point, I might have been to vague.
There are likely hundreds of thousands if not more voiceover
users..they are not on this
list though to learn from brad.
Instead, they are going to contact amazon, and likely learn no way to fix
their issue.
Voiceover is the screen reader on IOS apps as well.
Making my point that reaching out to amazon is a wise one, Apple too.

very very few voiceover and IOS users are on this list.
So, a person understandably in the poster's situation is never going to
get this idea, and of course because it works in your case does not mean
it works for them.
They may call amazon, even the so called customer service line for people
with disabilities line. And, if done, they are not going to get your
wisdom either.
All the more reasons for contacting Amazon anyway, most of their
customers are not going to learn from you.
