Hi all: I'm trying to get my old Macbook air 2018 ready to trade in. I'm running in to a problem. Sign out button is grayed out on the icloud settings in system preferences. HELP! I need to make sure I can erase my mac without losing my data in icloud.
Screen time is off. I've restarted the Mac. Made sure it is connected to the Internet. So far I've signed out of Facetime and the App store. Cannot figure how to sign out of messages on OS 14. I've deauthorized Apple music and signed out. I've signed out and unlinked my Dropbox account.
