Hi Donna,
No idea if this will help.
Still, there is, or was, a setting in security / privacy that would impact the time factor? Reason why I am unsure is that it is a mac os setting, which I would hope got carried over to IOS?

Hi Donna. From my experience, the security settings on iOS require users to
input their passcode when a device has been dormant for 24 hours or more.
Others may have additional input. Thank you. RAjiv

Hi all,

If I don???t log into my iPad for a couple of days, it requires me to enter my
passcode rather than using Touch ID. This is kind of annoying, because I
don???t use my iPad as often. Is there some way, other than completely
disabling my passcode to extend the time before I am required to enter it?
Thanks,
Donna
