Hello Donna and everyone, Our A-V technician and I had a showdown with Apple concerning this very issue. 10 years of that crap was long enough. We also told them we wouldn't buy any more Apple devices until they developed a cridentials system that didn't require us to only use their devices, told them that our Apple TV Appliance was the only Apple Product we owned, and wanted this constant requests for us to enter our Apple Password to stop! It's been over 3 weeks now since I was prompted to log into our Apple TV Appliance and/or unlock our Apple Account. It looks like they got the message. Let's see what happens going forward. 10 years of that stuff was long enough! Hope you can achieve similar results with Apple. All the best.
