More to this discussion. I’m recalling that the concept of installing Windows
on a Mac has been upended by the introduction of the new M series Mac. It’s
possible that VM Ware and Parallels have both fallen behind in this regard and
that the solutions may not be usable with the new processor types. Suggest you
read up on these solutions and dig down to how they might or might not work
with the M3 processor you have. BTW I also have the MacBook Pro M3 machine.
