I should note that what you're referring to is the nightly builds. There
is some small amount of risk as the nightly builds incorporate the day's
code changes which may or may not always work right. The advantage is
you get all the latest fixes, features and performance enhancements. At
certain points Apple then takes the webkit framework and migrates it to
Safari so eventually it gets there. Once nice thing in the current
webkit builds is a much improved support for ARIA which is markup that
makes web widgets much more accessible. Not all sites are doing that yet
but those that do get no special behavior in Safari.

Well, I haven't noticed anything. In fact, Safari is better than
ever, and with the installation of Webkit, it's faster than I can
blink the proverbial eye. In fact, it's so blindingly fast that you
don't even see it.
That's true, even if I use the regular-type Safari, but it's a bit
slower. Not by much, though.
I suck at troubleshooting. This is because I never encounter the
issues everyone else encounters. I feel left out.
