Hi guys.
I got the Geniouses in the Apple Store in Glasgow to help me set up my new Iphone 16e. Unfortunately, they must have done something wrong because Seri is not working as it should. When I turn my Iphone on, I am asked, after a load of messing about, for my Passcode. My passcode, lets say it's 9889 does not acknowledge when I press the numbers in. I've got to show my phone to my sighted wife. Sometimes some of it is in and more often nothing is in. Can I ask my wife to turn Seri off then reinstall it? Is this possible.
