Hi Andy, Do you have audio ducking enabled? If so, turn it off just to make sure it isn’t causing problems. When I try typing with Audio Ducking enabled, VoiceOver is much less responsive as I move around the keyboard and key clicks are not heard. With Audio Ducking off, all works as expected. I’m using iOS 26.2.1.
