I can imagine it is extremely frustrating. This is a 3G iPad with a keyboard doc (now I want one of these!) the Keyboard doc is great! I haven't experienced anything like what you are describing, so I just don't know what to suggest! Maybe it's worth contacting apple and asking them? Good luck getting everything resolved! Olivia
