Hi Ubuntu is just that, Ubuntu with the Gnome desktop. to turn it into vinux they run a whole bunch of automated scripts and do a little tweeking then use remastersys to make an iso file. Orca is the main screen reader for both ubuntu and vinux3.0. and orca, like the apple voiceover, is getting better all the time.
