You can either:
1. Turn on track commander by pressing VO while rotating to the right on the 
track pad the same way you do using an iphone/iPad/iPod. Then, you can rotate 
to the right or left, in the manner you're already used to on your iOS device. 
To turn track commander off, press VO while rotating to the left.
or you can:

2. Turn Quick nav on by pressing the left and right arrows simultaneously. Then 
press the up arrow in conjunction with either the left or right arrow.
