Les: You may want to drop Accessibility.com a note. They will correspond back and forth with you possibly. Or they will try to reproduce the pborblem and send it in to the super-geeks who break these things and then fix them.:) Alternatively, if you can get to an Apple store, the folks there will at least have a look, and many of the stores now have at least one vo certified person.
