Something very strange just happened. While browsing in Safari, Voiceover suddenly reset. I mean, the speech reset, I had to set the rate etc. as I like it. I even had to reenable the numpad and trackpad commanders. I use the latest Safari 5.0.3 and it happened while browsinghttp://senderogroup.com/support/supportiphone.htm ironically enough. I just thought I'd bring it up and see if this has happened to anyone else.
