Hi Austin:
I have had vo reset a few times, wherein I've had to go in and re-enable 
keyboard commander, and reset my web browser preferences.  My Apple trainer was 
going to write to accessibility about it.  But, we haven't heard anything.  
Just happened again today while on the Vuescan website.  Don't know why this 
happens.
