Hello Oriol,

You most likely will have to get it at an Apple Store. However, you can 
probably pre-order the DVD in advance  online at some point, and this is 
actually very doable through the store itself.

It's not going to be a digital download. Well, really, I can't say, but I can't 
imagine since you need to actually restart your Mac to install the upgrade. Of 
course, if there was a way to push it through Software Update, no one knows. 
But that'd be highly inconvenient if you have to actually reinstall Mac OS X 
10.7.

I'd gamble on a DVD as usual for the moment.
